Should the UBSR collective storages equally (in %) provide 876 iron and 124 gold for the 1230 block extension of rail route 1 from Desertopia to Guodesia via Forssa?

While I know this is a bit early considering the full 3x3 tunnel is only at Forssa, it's either it closes on December 19th or December 29th. I don't have the opportunity to play much in between those times.
Also, just a copy and paste from an earlier post in the plugin thread:
Considering that the chunks are corrupted, there is a possibility that the tracks may be reverted as well. Should I keep track of how much iron and gold was used in the construction of the line up to x=-1250 (where the tunnel was reverted last time) so I can get it back?
