to make a long story short, i've set up a new currency -- the plower (PL), which is backed by my labor.
you want to read the usage sheet on how to use this currency, but let me just show some of the cool things you might do with it...

1. buy shares in byetech indutries, and get a fixed percentage of all the farm's outputs
2. efficiently trade any item from iron to redstone without having to barter and negotiate etc which is annoying
3. buy or sell labor (want someone to dig you a big hole? here's the place)
